Victoria Station offers indoor and outdoor event spaces for celebrations of all kinds, including showers, birthday parties, family gatherings, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, and private celebrations.

Inside Event

Perfect for showers, birthday dinners, brunches, rehearsal dinners, and smaller gatherings.

Additional Information

A refundable damage deposit is required for kitchen use.

Includes

  • Kitchen access with oven, stove, fridge, and prep space

  • Up to 5 hours of event time

  • Decorating and teardown permitted day-of-event

Outdoor Events

Host your celebration in the Open-Air Pavilion or on the Wrap-Around Porch Deck surrounded by peaceful outdoor scenery.

Ready To Start Planning?

  • Victoria Station does not provide on-site catering services. We welcome pre-approved outside catering vendors of your choice. We do provide a preferred vendor list for recommendation purposes only.

  • If you choose to provide alcohol at your event, you must abide by all TABC laws and guidelines. Victoria Station will provide 4 hours of security during the 4 hours of bar service. One staff person will be available during your event for assistance. Event insurance is required for all events. Eventsured.com is on our preferred list for this insurance.

    1. An assigned rental agreement and deposit are required before the desired date is confirmed and saved on the master calendar.

    2. If the desired date is more than 6 months out, then a non-refundable 25% deposit is required. If less than 6 months a non-refundable 50% is required. Balance must be paid in full 30 days before the event date.

    3. If the event is canceled less than 90 days before the event, the entire balance will be due.

    4. No refunds of deposit and/or payments made if the event is cancelled.

    5. We accept cash, checks, money orders, and Venmo as forms of payment. 5. Event insurance is required for all events
