Garden chairs, Chiavari chairs, round tables. rectangular tables. The “Carriage House” reserved for groomsmen. “Main House” is reserved for the bridal party. Outside restroom facilities for guests. One hour of prescheduled time for rehearsal the day before the event.

This package includes overnight rooms & suites that sleeps 12 guests, 8 in the Main House and 4 in the Carriage House. All amenities included in wedding package apply to this offering.
Small Wedding Packages
(Available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Sunday)
“Parlor Ceremony”
Up to 25 guests for 5 hours. Access to the bridal suite upstairs for dressing with the ceremony on the 1st floor.
The kitchen is available for food prep. Dessert plates, cutlery, and glassware provided. The wedding couple will have the bridal suite for the night until noon the following day.

Outdoor mini ceremony
Accommodates up to 50 guests and has the choice of our “Open Air Pavilion” or Wrap-Around Porch Deck” for 6 hours.
Included: garden chairs, a round table, and rectangular tables for serving. Access to the main house for the bridal party and the carriage house for the groomsmen. Outdoor restroom facilities for guests. The kitchen is available for food prep only. The wedding couple will have the bridal suite for the night until noon the following day.

catering Disclaimer
Victoria Station does not provide on-site catering services. We welcome pre-approved outside catering vendors of your choice. We do provide a preferred vendor list for recommendation purposes only.
Alcohol Policy
If you choose to provide alcohol at your event, you must abide by all TABC laws and guidelines. Victoria Station will provide 4 hours of security during the 4 hours of bar service. One staff person will be available during your event for assistance. Event insurance is required for all events. Eventsured.com is on our preferred list for this insurance.
Deposits and cancellations
An assigned rental agreement and deposit are required before the desired date is confirmed and saved on the master calendar.
If the desired date is more than 6 months out, then a non-refundable 25% deposit is required. If less than 6 months a non-refundable 50% is required. Balance must be paid in full 30 days before the event date.
If the event is canceled less than 90 days before the event, the entire balance will be due.
No refunds of deposit and/or payments made if the event is cancelled.
We accept cash, checks, money orders, and Venmo as forms of payment. 5. Event insurance is required for all events
